The quality of tattoo needle is determined by its workmanship, the more perfect in workmanship, the better quality of the tattoo needle would be. You can distinguish the quality of the tattoo needle very easily by comparing the solder interface. The high quality tattoo needles are appropriately arranged and the tattoo result would be fine and smooth.  Otherwise, the tattoo result would be coarse grained. When you are choosing tattoo needles, you should make sure that you pay enough attention to the following points.
The top of the needle can’t be black. When soldering the needles, too much use of sour will oxidate the surface of the needle, so the surface of the needles will be black . So you can tell these needles have not a good polishing treatment. That will be unhealthy to your body. Tattoo needles are used directly to your skin, according to medicine device, it can only be used after EO disinfection.  Many tattoo needles on the market are not produced by formal factory, they always in-disinfect with the needles to save their production cost. You can ask for the copy of their SPL or Phytosanitary Certificate, don’t care too much on per needle no matter 50 cents or 80 cents, the most important is to tattoo good tattoos.
The top of the needle must be sharp. Hook and bald must be avoided. The heal of the needles used for cuts must be apress, round and flat. The more apress the heal be, the bigger the triangle between the needle and solder would be, then the more inks the needle will “eat”. This will make the inked line fine and smooth. The radian of the curved needle is quite important; the radian is highly required as the skin is flexible. When the needle stab into our skin, the skin will form a curve. If the curve of the needle doesn’t coincide with the curve of the skin, the tattoo color would be unbalance. This will destruct a tattoo at some time.
The color of the solder must be white with no water spots. Water spots on the solder point of the needle gives you the information that the sour haven’t be cleaned up, you’ll get infected.  The solder must be No-Pb solder, or you’ll suffering from lead poisoning as the tin power will scatter on you skin when you are soldering.
Make sure that you bought the high quality tattoo needles to take responsibility for yourself and others. Qualified tattoo needles should be your choice but not the cheaper ones.
